1. Stack small bags in good order on the     floor
2. Put a Stack from the top to the bottom     of the unit and put a pallet on the top     of the sling
3. Turn the unit upside down by using     forklift and put a cap on the top
4. Tie the Stack down with tying rope lay     the extra tapes which are attached on     4 corners on the top
5. Pull the tying rubber bands attached     on the extra tapes diagonally to tie     down
