Cement bag is generally used to pack 40kgs-50kgs of cement and classified by two types according to its usage. The one is Kraft paper and PP Woven fabric combined bag, the other is 4 ply kraft paper bag.
They're both valve types that have air holes to discharge inside air while charging, stripy welded for ventilation and cushion effect which protects the bag from damage. The top and bottom are sewn with creep paper, reinforced paper, filacode paper.
PP woven & k/p bag is stripy welded by PP woven fabric and kraft paper which is a little more expensive than pure kraft paper bag.
This bag is mostly used for 50kgs cement and mainy used for export as it is more stronger and durable than kraft paper bag.
